It drives me a little crazy to have unlisted inventory sitting around, so I have quite a bit of work to do. But what great things!
Just to show you how slightly crazy-making this can be, thought I'd share with you exactly what I'm dealing with here.
This reminds me of my kids' I Spy books. What favorites of yours do you spy? Do you see Big Bird? (Insert political statement...or not.) Oh, silly me, that's not all. Pan left:
And, I forgot a few things that are soaking in the sink. Clearly, this has been piling up over the last few weeks and needs immediate attention. Bit by bit it's all making its way to the shop. Well, maybe except for the little Norwegian fisherman and the Swedish Christmas linen in the first photo - waffling on those two a bit.
Did I mention that we have a very, very small house?
It's so fun to see all this stuff together and think that these little gems will be heading out to be appreciated in someone's happy home.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend and the upcoming week. Happy Halloween!

Damn!! Great finds!
ReplyDeleteI know what you mean about the unlisted inventory. It's so hard for me to get motivated and list it. I know what I'll be doing this week..
Have a good one!
Thanks Dani! I was thinking that I'd love to take a day off work and just stay home alone to work on listings...probably not going to happen, but a girl can dream.
DeleteReally nice things, I see quite a few familiar things from around here in Norway too:) I like the platter from Bjorn Wiinblad:)
ReplyDeleteThanks Mali! My husband has Norwegian heritage, so that little fisherman really caught his eye. He thinks it would look great on our Christmas tree, I think it would look great in the shop!
DeleteI hear you! I have inventory coming out of my ears!!! It is somewhat organized and it is not in my way at the moment, but I would like to know that I have listed everything... not happening. I buy and buy thinking of last years drought at the thrifts during November and December... I am getting ready :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful finds all around though, your store is looking fabulous.
You are so sweet Bea, thanks for the compliment. We all work hard at this don't we? :)
ReplyDeleteThis sooo reminds me of my own [very, very small] house. I almost always have some kind of vintage object soaking in the sink...that cracked me up. ;)
ReplyDeleteI have a very patient husband, but the soaking in the sink is one thing that really drives him crazy!
DeleteSo much good stuff!! We definitely feel the same about all the inventory we have to list! So much to do, and yet here I am reading blogs instead of listing :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for linking up with us!
Thank you for the link share opportunity! Fun stuff!
DeleteOh gosh, im the same, it all builds up in our understairs cuboard and then spreads to the shed or spare room and then i know i have to get myself back over to ebay for a good declutter!
ReplyDeleteAqeela xx
Thanks for visiting...yep, it just gets to that point doesn't it?!
DeleteI totally know the feeling. My stuff wouldn't fit all on one table, though. But it's also not as good stuff!!
ReplyDeleteSometimes it takes pulling it all out to get the motivation to get it out there!
It is good stuff, but you have great stuff as well. I pull it out, get motivated, then motivation fizzles, then the stuff still sits for a while. Frustrating!! ;)
DeleteNice stuff! I have stuff from spring that I was going to list on eBay - such a procrastinator. When I'm broke I'll get to it!

I'm always broke, so I'm always (or I always should be) motivated to list! Ha ha. :)
DeleteJust got the chance to check out your blog. My dining room table lately seems to be overflowing with items I need to photograph and list. Occasionally it gets completely cleared only to magically be overflowing again! I'll be following you from now on and I will add you to my blogroll.
